DHL Shipments
We ship your orders with DHL to the areas in the Netherlands that we do not cover with our own delivery schedule (check GFT Deliveries below). The shipments take place every Tuesday & Thursday (thus delivered every Wednesday & Friday) & include all the orders that have been placed at the latest till 9:00am of the shipment day.

Additional Shipment Charges
Refrigerated Products*: +2.95€ | Frozen Products**: +3.95€ | Age Check (>18)***: +3.95€ | Frisian Islands: +4.95€
*We ship refrigerated products with environmentally friendly materials that can keep them cold for up to 48h. The isolation material we use is made from heavy-duty kraft paper & recycled paper fibres. The cool packs are made from kraft paper containing 100% biodegradable cooling gel.
**We ship the frozen products with EPS boxes & ice pads, having a phase-changing temperature of -21°C, that can keep them frozen for up to 36h.
The necessary packaging sets are added automatically to your order at checkout when you include refrigerated or frozen products in your order that will be shipped with DHL. Please notice that when you include both refrigerated & frozen products in your order, then both packaging sets are added. The sets are easy to store so you can either reuse them or return them to us & reduce further our environmental footprint. When you have at least 4 sets you can contact us to send you a free return label. When we receive them in good condition we will issue a discount coupon equal to their value.
***When your order contains alcoholic products we need to verify your age. This can be made either by DHL at delivery with extra charge or by GFT before shipment for free. For the latter, you can make use of this application from the National Office for Identity Data (RvIG).

GFT Deliveries
Next to DHL, we deliver to certain areas of the Netherlands with our own professional refrigerated van (2-4°C) & with special care for frozen products. For our own deliveries, there are no order weight restrictions nor additional charges for the packing of refrigerated/frozen products. The deliveries take place on fixed days per region & according to our schedule below. The option that is applicable to your order will appear at the checkout based on the postcode of the delivery address. The delivery route of each day is planned based on the orders & in the most efficient way not only to reduce our costs & be able to offer the prices we have but also to minimise our environmental footprint. That is why we don’t deliver on appointment either day or time-wise!
On the day of delivery, you will receive an email from [email protected] (please check also your spam or other folders & mark it as a safe sender!) with the track & trace link. When your order is the next one to be delivered on our route, the status will update to “On the way” & you can see a more precise estimated arrival time. In case you are not there during the delivery, we will either leave your order in front of your door (when safe) or by a neighbour & inform you with an email. You can also indicate your preference to us in advance with a comment/reply on your order!

Orders PickUp
You can PickUp your order for free from our Showroom at Gessel 14, 3454MZ, De Meern (Utrecht) every Wednesday 17:00-18:00. For PickUp there are no order weight restrictions nor additional charges for the packing of refrigerated/frozen products
