“Macedonian Thrace Brewery” was founded in 1996, born from the love of its inspirer for Greece & the fact that in the mid-1990s, Greece no longer had a 100% genuine Greek beer. Demetri Politopoulos, as a citizen of the world, would not accept a country like Greece not to have its own identity in beer. Thus, he decided to invest all his knowledge, creativity, passion & “meraki” to create an authentic Greek brewery with the aim of producing, bottling & marketing high-quality beer from Greek barley. The “fermentation” to create the “Vergina Beer” has just begun…

“Vergina Radler”, the new member of the Vergina family, is a superior beer with honey & lemon. Premium blonde beer is mixed with lemon juice & flower honey, with excellent results! A light blonde-coloured beer with a naturally blurry appearance & only 2% alcohol it is an ideal choice for any time of the day! This Radler pairs well with a wide range of dishes, including grilled meat or any type of cheese & deli meats. The ideal serving temperature is at 2-4°C, with a head.
