“Mousiou” products are a trademark of Argos Orestiko, Kastoria. It is where this magical journey began when Adamousios Tzotzas decided to deal with the world of handmade sweets in 1895, with his vision… to treat everyone with the most delicious & artisanal products. Nowadays, the 3rd generation creates with the same love & passion exceptional handmade sweets in the laboratory with copper cauldrons & wooden spatulas where everything smells like the good old days.

“Paradosiakes Karameles Ouzo” have a laborious but also exciting production process. It starts with the mix of water with sugar & cream that when it is ready is spread on a marble surface & the main process begins. The “dough” must be worked with patience & when the right moment comes, it is perfumed & then worked on the “nail” to obtain its characteristic gloss. Then it should be worked again on the marble surface in order to make a thin string & cut it manually with knives in the candies you will enjoy later.
