“Palaiomeno Varelisio Xidi” is a traditional vinegar made from the unique “Romeiko” red grape variety, cultivated for centuries in the mountains of western Crete. Following a traditional process, the vinegar is matured for several years in barrels, to enable its strong & characteristic taste to develop, full of aromas from the island of Crete.
