“Biscotti Tsoungari” creates confectionery products following its family tradition since 1936, based on the triptych of its ideals: quality, tradition & variety. Since 2003, they are located at the privately-owned modern facilities in Thessaloniki & currently they have a product range of more than 100 items!

“Melomakarona” are traditional Greek honey cookies offered as a treat during Christmas, with the wish for a sweet New Year. Τhey are considered a symbol of welfare & creativity. They have the characteristic taste of orange, cinnamon, nutmeg & blossom honey. 

It tastes… Christmas!

Ingredients
Wheat Flour (Gluten, l-cysteine), Sunflower Oil, Sugar, Orange Juice, Orange Slices (Glucose, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Flavourings, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid), Wheat Semolina, Raising Agent (Sodium Dihydrogen Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch), Syrup (Sugar, Flavouring, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate, Glucose), Cold Glaze [Glucose (Sulfites), Pectin, Sodium Alginate, Xanthan Gum, Carrageenan Gum, Gellan Gum, Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Trisodium Citrate, Tricalcium Phosphate), Apple Flavouring], Walnuts (3%), Blossom Honey (1.5%).
