“ROOTS Diktamo” is the 1st “Greek Amaro” based on an old recipe with one of the most extraordinary & unique herbs, diktamo or dittany from the mountains of Crete. Liquorice, nutmeg, gentian, myrrh & orris fold into its herbal wilderness. It has a cerebral & layered taste combining harmonically herbal profusion with fruity subtleness. It gives a firm & gently bitter mouthfeel, mimicking the sense of a “sweet velvet” texture. Peaty richness contrasted with herbal freshness.
