Thawing Instructions: Before using the product, place it in the chiller compartment of your refrigerator from the previous night to thaw gradually, or let it thaw at room temperature for at least 2h. Always thaw Filo Pastry in its sealed packaging. Don’t try to unfold it when it is not completely defrosted because it might tear apart. Open the packaging when you are ready to use it & always keep it covered with a damp towel during the preparation of your recipe so that it will not lose its moisture.
