“Linardis’ Olive Products” exists since 2010 but the knowledge of olive processing has its roots anchored deep in the past. From 1938 until today they cultivate trees with the oldest being 120 years old. By extension, they are 3rd generation olive growers & with effort, love & passion they make sure to make olives filled with the scents of tradition & childhood memories that take us on a journey with a glance & a taste. Their goal & special concern is to produce products of high nutritional value & taste by processing them only with natural fermentation & slow maturation. Thus, ensuring all the nutritional & taste characteristics of their products.
“Elies Halkidikis – Kilistes (Ekpirinomenes) me Boukovo, Skordo & Rigani” are Halkidiki olives harvested in October, having ripened properly so that can be processed in an innovative way to ensure the large size, the sweet taste & the crispy flesh. Then the olives are mechanically pitted & flavour enriched with spices, namely chili pepper, garlic & oregano. The ratio of the spices is as much as needed for the olives taste to be spicy & aromatic! This is a great innovation of “Linardis’ Olive Products” & its excellent taste exists nowhere else!
