  • 50g Fresh Baby Spinach
  • ~50g Siglino (2-3 Pieces)
  • ~75g Sundried Figs (3 Double Pieces – Askadas)
  • ~25g Coarsely Grated Kefalograviera
  • ~25g Pomegranate Pits
  • 75ml Vinaigrette (Salad Dressing) Tale

Instructions

A Flavoursome Spinach Salad with Genuine Greek Products

Place in a bowl the baby spinach leaves with the siglino & the sundried figs cut in pieces. Add the dressing & mix gently with your hands. Serve in a nice & deep salad plate & sprinkle with the pomegranate pits & the grated kefalograviera. You can enjoy it as a salad meal or share it with your family/guests as a starter. You can replace the siglino with some roasted sunflower & pumpkin pits for a vegetarian version!

Enjoy it with a nice piece of fresh bread…
