Strawberries Salad
Ingredients
For the Salad:
- 80g Fresh Rocket
- 6-8x Medium Strawberries (~100g)
- 100g Goat Cheese
- Sunflower Seeds
For the Dressing:
- 30ml Lime Juice (~ 1x Lime)
- 30ml Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 pinch of Cardamom
- 1 pinch of Fine Sea Salt
- Lime Zest
Instructions
“Fraoulenia”… a fresh & tasty “fruity” salad!
Add in a bowl the fresh rocket, the strawberries cut in small cubes & the smashed goat cheese. Pure the dressing & mix gently. Serve on a deep plate & sprinkle with the sunflower seeds.
