Instructions
Step by step
Make a Pizza with a Pita & you have a “Pitza”!
We will create fast some amazingly delicious mini-pizzas with our pita bread as a base. You start by pre-heating your oven to 240oC in order to have it ready to welcome your “pitzas” in his warmth… Open the melitzanopiperia* (sweet red pepper & aubergine paste) & spread it on 4 pitas. Do the same with the pack of the pulled buffalo meat. Continue with grating the kefalograviera & make it as “cheesy” as you want. Finish with a touch of oregano & extra virgin olive oil. Put the in the preheated oven for 6-7mins (or a bit more if you want it more crunchy). Yes… they are ready!
Enjoy with a nice Greek craft beer!
*If you like a more spicy result use the sweet red pepper paste that contains also a bit of hot green pepper…
