Our Version of "Loukanikopita" aka Sausage Pie
Ingredients
- 2x Puff Pastry Sheets
- 8-10x Hot Buff Sausages
- 8-10x Semi-Hard Cheese Slices
- Ketchup for Dipping

Till you say “Tsak Mpam”, our “Puff Buff” is ready…
Our version of sausage pie with handmade puff pastry & the flavoursome hot dog sausages with buffalo meat. Of course with some semi-hard cheese slices for the needed cheesiness… Ideal for a power-breakfast or a good lunch but also a great bite option for your gatherings or parties. Do not forget to get nice ketchup for the necessary dipping!
To make it, simply cut each dough into 4 pieces & spread the cheese slices & the sausages. Roll it carefully & bake it in a pre-warm oven at 180°C with upper resistance & air circulation for 45mins. When you want to make party-bites then cut each dough in half & make 2 long rolls.
& till you say “Tsak Mpam” again, the “Puff Buff” is gone!
