That is why “Vlaha” searches for the best first material of Greek land & livestock. Wheat & semolina, sour milk & butter, eggs… carefully selected with strict controls from small Greek producers. That is how the “Vlaha” products have always the known rich nutritional value that every table deserves.
In our beloved sour frumenty (xinos trahanas), the semolina is traditionally kneaded with sour milk & milk butter. Then the dough is carefully grated in order to get its characteristic shape. Finally, is spread by hand to dry before is ready to be packed.
